These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the nettikasinot platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any part of the site.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not engage in any of the following:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users or platform staff.
- Attempting to access accounts belonging to other users.

Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on the nettikasinot platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet, and online banking. The availability of specific payment channels may change without prior notice.
Deposits are processed as promptly as possible; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may take additional time to process. nettikasinot does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All deposits must originate from an account or payment method registered in your name. nettikasinot reserves the right to reverse or withhold transactions where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms. Winnings are credited to your account balance and can be withdrawn subject to the conditions in force at the time of the request.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
nettikasinot provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

7. Account Suspension and Closure
nettikasinot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if:
- We have reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
- The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
- The account is inactive for an extended period as defined by our operational policy.
- We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
If you wish to close your own account, you may do so by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures. Accounts closed due to breach of terms may result in forfeiture of balance.
8. Intellectual Property and Changes to Terms

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
